Manage projects for medical e-learning and communication/marketing campaigns that harmonize diverse perspectives and drive small improvements. Tasks

  • Support, planning, organisation and realisation of projects for medical e-learning and communication/marketing campaigns (med-cases & med-report, online & print)
  • Management of existing clients and KOLs, and acquisition of new clients and KOLs
  • Interface between the Co-Head, medical professionals (KOLs), and internal and external service providers (medical writers, translators, graphic designers, web designers, printing services)
  • General administrative tasks, such as creating quotes and presentations, writing, and proofreading
  • Support in further developing the digital services and processes within the organisation
  • Support within the team for other projects such as mailing campaigns, webinar organisation etc.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, preferably coming from an agency itself
  • Digital knowledge, easy going with new technologies
  • German-speaking (preferably Swiss-German and lives nearby), English-speaking, French-speaking (preferably)
  • Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing or similar
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry would be preferred
  • Comfortable presenting to groups, both internally and externally
  • Open-minded, proactive person, who is keen on personal and professional growth and embraces continuous improvement

In this role, you will be responsible for all just-medical acquisition, sales, and account management! Services. We are specifically also looking for career changers with a strong affinity for the healthcare sector who enjoy working in a supportive, international environment. Tasks

  • Responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Active identification and acquisition of new clients (mainly in Switzerland) in the healthcare sector, including pharmaceutical companies, MedTech, diagnostics, hospitals/clinics, etc.
  • Relationship management and support for existing clients, including consulting on cross-selling and upselling offers.
  • Proactive measures to win back former clients.
  • Close collaboration with the account management and project teams.
  • Support and client acquisition at trade fairs and events.

  • Independent, customer- and performance-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

  • Connection to the healthcare industry through formal work experience, education, or personal interests.
  • Fluent in Swiss, German, and English; French is an advantage.
